How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all task requests within a few hours during working hours. For urgent tasks, mention your deadline when you send the task.
What if a task isn't something you can help with?
We'll tell you upfront. We review every task before committing to it, so you'll know quickly if we can't help with something specific.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. Just send us your task via WhatsApp or email. There's no complex onboarding required to get started.
What format will I receive the results in?
This depends on the task. Research is typically delivered as a document or spreadsheet. Technical work is delivered as code or a configured system. We'll agree on the format before we start.
Can I send multiple tasks?
